The service
Monlio is a personal finance tracking tool. You manually enter transactions and account information. The App does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Market data and exchange rates are provided for informational purposes and may be delayed or inaccurate.
Account and authentication
Sign-in with Apple or Google is required to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and authentication credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Your data
You retain ownership of the financial information you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information displayed in the App.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- Misrepresent your identity or interfere with other users' access
- Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Website without permission
Third-party services

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monlio from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
